30 DAY RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. In this case, items will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
Please note: return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Full refunds or replacements are offered on all defective and non-conforming orders.
Please email cs@tsu-lange-yor.au for our help initiating the return. Proof of purchase and the relevant defect must be provided.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
OPPORTUNITY TO SAMPLE
Our sampling experience has evolved. We no longer include a 2ml sample with 50ml Eau de Parfum purchases.
Instead, we offer a Custom Fragrance Discovery Set—a curated opportunity to experience our fragrance collection before choosing your signature scent.
If you purchase a full-size Eau de Parfum after your Discovery Set, you will receive 10% off that fragrance.
Your unique discount code will be emailed once your Discovery Set has been delivered.
