OPPORTUNITY TO SAMPLE
Our sampling experience has been updated. While we no longer send a 2ML sample with our 50ML EDPs, we are pleased to announce that we now offer a fragrance discovery set, which allows you to sample our entire collection.
If you decide to buy a full size EDP after buying a discovery set, you will receive a 10% discount on that purchase.
The relevant discount code will be provided following delivery of your discovery set.
14 DAY RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days from the day the order was received. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in an unused and unopened condition.
Please email cs@tsu-lange-yor.au for our help initiating the return.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for sending back the items and shipping costs are non-refundable.
CHANGE-OF-MIND
We cannot offer returns for change-of-mind. For that reason we have provided detailed descriptions of all of our products and careful consideration should be given to those descriptions prior to making a purchase. As detailed above, we also offer a fragrance discovery set, which allows you to sample our entire collection before selecting a larger format.
NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Full refunds or replacements are offered on all defective and non-conforming orders.
